Introduction: Located a half block from the Virginia Tech campus in downtown Blacksburg and surrounded by bars and live music venues, John's Vintage Records has a great collection of rock and pop records from the 60s to today, maybe 3000 in inventory, with standard classic rock offerings as well as a lot of Prog/Psychedelic and Punk/New wave rarities. Also dozens of "bargain bin" crates, a good classical section. New and used audio gear including vintage turntables and speakers, the occasional jukebox or pinball machine. A really fun and unique place that's also a full service camera and photography shop (since 1976) and includes the largest public "Museum of Cameras" in the Mid-Atlantic region.
